Nothing but repair visits with this freezer

Pros: Nice space for storing food...if it stays frozen
Cons: Nothing but problems since we bought it
The Bottom Line: Avoid this freezer if you are in the market. It has tons of problems.
Review: UPDATE:  It is now January 8, 2009. We've waited six months for the replacement freezer to be delivered. We can't tell you how much time this has taken in emails, phone calls, letters, etc. and how frustrating this all has been. Who needs this ...

Design Problems

Pros: Nice digital temp control and "Door open" alarm
Cons: Slow parts supply response
Design flaw of door edge
Improper gasket seal
