I have had this for over a year and am disappointed. I purchased this A/C to cool a 11X14 bedroom. It does a fair job if it's not to very hot outside. When the temperature gets past 90 it seems not up to the task.good remote and timer. I would not buy this if you live in a hot climate. It is fairly quiet. I would not by this again. (I live in NYC)
