Could be much better

We bought ours 3 years ago and have been disappointed with the design.  The ice maker has never worked properly, it never shuts itself off when the ice tray fills causing the ice maker to freeze up.  The shelves in the freezer do not fit correctly.  The shelves are a little too small.  The wire basket in the freezer is also too small for the guides and kept falling out of the track.  I would not buy another one. However, it is better than the Kenmore we initially bought, which never worked.  Sears tried to tell us we just didn't have it running long enough to cool down.  I thought 3 days was plenty of time for a brand new refirgerator to cool down.  After returning the defective refrigerator, Sears continues to bill us for that Kenmore for a year.  What a mess.
