Tears holes in our clothes repeatedly

The Bottom Line: I love the energy efficiency but wish I would've gone with a different brand or a top loader to avoid the cost of ruined clothes.
Review: I've owned the washer for 3 years now and can say with confidence that it has two huge flaws.
