Get It Done By Friday

The Bottom Line: Rent it as a second choice.
I enjoyed Friday and Next Friday, so I was willing to give Friday After Next a try. I wouldn't recommend buying the DVD unless you're a big fanatic and likes to collect.
First of all, this movie felt rushed. Must have been Ice Cube's busy schedule.
There's a few funny scenes, but nothing memorable. The only thing truly memorable was when Uncle Elroy said, "I started this BBQ ****, this is the ************* thanks I get?" For those that don't know, that's a line from one of Cube's songs.
The girl in the movie that Cube was after was very pleasant on the eyes. She could have played a bigger role.
I found myself being more annoyed with Day Day this time. In Next Friday, his whining was hilarious, but in Friday After Next, it was annoying.
They didn't really establish a true bad guy in the movie. Neither the Santa Thief nor the Landlord's Gigantic Son played that big of a part.
All in all, I wasn't disappointed in the movie. Being a big fan of the first two, I had to see the third one. I'm not in a rush to go out and buy the DVD, but if it's in the clearance bin, I'll go ahead and grab it.
