The Last Friday

Ice Cube, John Witherspoon and Mike Epps are back for yet another Friday.

In this movie, Craig and Day-Day are living with one another in a rent controlled apartment with a dog named Chico that Day-Day stole from the Jokers on the last movie. It's almost Christmas time and Craig and Day-Day are sound asleep when they get a visit from Santa. But this isn't your average ordinary Santa Claus, you see, this Santa is a guy who breaks into people's houses and steals all of their presents for himself. Craig wakes up when he hears a noise and goes into the kitchen to find Santa making himself a sandwich. After getting into a scuffle with him, the Santa runs from the house and Day-Day slept through it all. After calling the cops, they find marijuana plants in the apartment and confiscate them and tell the two guys they'll keep an eye out for the Santa. Craig and Day-Day leave and are harassed by the landlady who tells them her son Damon got out of jail the previous night and that he loves guys. She tells them if they don't come up with the rent money she will send Damon to see them and Damon is a big guy, almost as big as Deebo from the first two movies. They go to their job as security guards for the shopping center as it is their first day and they don't want to be late. When they learn that a pimp named Money Mike is getting robbed, they jump into action and invite Money Mike to a party they are throwing later that night and Craig falls for his assistant, Donna. Day-Day and Craig visit their fathers who now own a brotherly run chicken restaurant and invite them to the party too. Later that night they are visited by everyone they invited and throw the best party in town and when Craig and Day-Day run into the Santa that robbed them that morning, they chase him and give him what he deserves.

Ice Cube, Mike Epps, John Witherspoon and Don Curry once again play Craig, Day-Day, Craig's dad and Uncle Elroy and they all are as amazing as they were in the last movie. I love how Craig and Day-Day work together to teach the Santa a lesson and I also like how Craig's dad and Elroy work together in their chicken restaruant. Katt Williams plays Money Mike and he is also funny and I love how he and Terry Crews who plays the gay Damon have a scene together in the movie. This movie was great and I enjoyed all of the laughs and all of the jokes and fight scenes. A great way to end the Friday series and a great movie to add to any DVD collection.
