Awesome Product, But don't overspend

I bought this dictionary with the hope of improving my sketchy Spanish. I went to the nearest electronic store and bought the most expensive one I could find. I figured that you would get what you pay for and I received mixed results.

The Good
In many instances this product helped me a lot, when I needed to look up a random word. Let me say that is significantly more convenient than carrying around a big paper back dictionary. If you are not sure of the spelling of a word English or Spanish, than punch it in, and BAM there it is. I also used this product to help with my poor conjugation. I even needed to write down people's information from time to time, so it's data entry helped me. One benefit that this provided me was the ability to make flashcards. The language games are valuable and have the ability to hold your attention for a while(also kept my 7 year old atistic cousin entertained for a period of time).

The Bad
When I was at the store I was debating on which one I should buy. I had failed to do my research and bought this one on a whim. I needed an electronic dictionary right away and so I went for it. I was quite pleased with my purchase until I consulted with others who made similar purchases for less money and greater quality.(Franklin Webster's Spanish-English Dictionary) This is a great product, but don't spend over $30 for it like I did. Something that also could be better is the screen, at times it is almost unreadable, and this is something that definitely needs good lighting for it to be useful.

The Ugly
Another glaring fault that I have discovered so far, is the frequently restarting of the device. It didn't bother me at first until I figured out all the data I had stored magically disappeared. So the people's information, the words I had on flashcards, all gone. I also frequently use this to check the time and the date, and it is a real pain to reset it all the time.

I don't claim to be an expert with little gadgets like this, but this tool has fulfilled it's designed purpose. It has little flaws that go with it, don't we all? My experience with this product was a overall good one. It was as reliable as any other product of it's class.
