EITHER I HAVE A LEMON OR...

I have 3 other Franklin Spanish Translators (as well as other products by them) that have served me well but I looked forward to purchase the BSI-1900 because of the features advertised. The unit has not worked right from day one and I have called them and e-mailed during this first week of ownership and now wait to see what they want to do. The unit locks up all the time (yes, one can clear with RESET but you lose all data each time) and it seems to constantly report OUT OF MEMORY when you try to use minimal features. Either I have a lemon or this unit needs more time on the testing block!
