Do-All Vehicle

by   Pirich ,  Jun 19, 2007
Pros: Lots of room, handles well, quiet, very comfortable on trips.
Cons: Mileage could be better.
The Bottom Line: The Expedition solves a lot of real-world problems in everyday life.
Review: There are rational reasons for the SUV which have nothing to do with the usual reasons given for having one. The first among these is the ability to move people and stuff. I don't mean for one person's daily driver; I mean for the family and going on ...

I LOVE THIS SUV

by   joshille ,  Mar 18, 2007
Pros: BEST FAMILY SUV. THIS VEHICLE IS ALL ABOUT CARGO SPACE, SAFETY FEATURES AND SMOOTH RIDING.
Cons: GAS MILEAGE IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE. 14-17 MILES PER GALLON.
Review: THIS IS A GREAT SUV. HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH CARGO SPACE...ESPECIALLY WHEN THE THIRD ROW SEATS ARE DOWN. WHEN THE THIRD ROW SEATS ARE UP, I CAN ACTUALLY HAVE FULL SIZE ADULTS SIT COMFORTABLY IN THEIR SEATS. THE RIDE HANDLES GREAT BECAUSE IT HAS FOUR WHEEL ...

Time to enter the Publisher's Clearing House sweeps

by   jgibson2 ,  Jan 22, 2006
Pros: Lots of room, lots of power, smooth ride.
Cons: Fuel economy - or lack thereof
The Bottom Line: I love this vehicle. I want one. I hope the PCH folks stop by during the Super Bowl.
Review: Vacation! Destination Orlando. We live too far away to drive, so that means rental car. I went on-line and ordered up ... a Taurus. I didn't want to spend my vacation in a Taurus, especially not with 2 young adults and a 10 year old in the back ...

The Big Pig

by   jim-grill ,  Jul 18, 2006
Pros: Lots of room, good power, comfortable.
Cons: Not very good gas mileage.
The Bottom Line: Solid vehicle that takes the abuse of a big family and hauling stuff and still looks good in the driveway.
Review: That's my nick-name for our Expedition. "The Big Pig" It's really a term of endearment. We like it. Although, I'm a little worried about the rising costs of fuel. I call it "The Big Pig" for a few reasons: 1) It's really big, and 2) I feel like ...

The new life story of,... Road Runner turned Road Ruler! Revised!

by   devila ,  Jan 4, 2006
Pros: Smooth ride, extreme power steering, tons of room
Cons: Guzzles ~14 miles per gallon, not aware of any other cons yet
The Bottom Line: Smooth ride, go over speed bumps & dips with ease. Steering is the easiest & can make sharp turns. Mileage not to great, but worth it.
Review: It was born into the family of Angela (that's me) on January the 2nd, 2006. I had been eyeballing the Ford Expedition for about 5 years. Saving and then spending and then saving up again for just as long. The only thing I was concerned about was the ...

2006 Ford Expedition

by   myepinionscoun ,  Mar 25, 2006
Pros: Comfortable seating or to spread out.
Cons: Space for luggage and groceries cramped. You would have to flow over onto back seat.
Review: It pretty much lives up to my expectations of previous Expeditions. Great for a family with room to spread out and user friendly for the driver on long journeys. Drives well and smooth on cornering. A really solid and safe vehicle to navigate. ...
