Author's Review
The 2001 Ford Taurus is one of the best vehicles ever built. Combining all the good quality, safety, and cutting edge styling all of the previous Tauruses have encompassed. The newest Taurus, although cutting back on the roundness of the previous model, is still successfully well ahead of the competition in stylistic engineering as well as just a pleasing effect. The new Taurus's 3.0 liter V-6 is also a wonderfully engineered engine. Often, it is said, this engine has been known to remain fully in tact and very well functioning even after 200,000 to 300,000 miles. That kind of quality standard isn't available in every car. The Taurus is also a leader in safety and safety technology. Available with such features as driver, passenger, and side airbags, adjustable throttle and brake pedals, and an engine dropout system, the Taurus earns it's at least 12th annual Five-Star-Rating. The Taurus, although safe is no slacker in the quarter mile or other acceleration tests, though. It hustles down the line like few other four door American sedans (forget the Bavarian four-doors). Overall the Taurus is a wonderful car on all counts and it won't take relatively too much out of your pocket either, if you're in the mood for a sedan, the Taurus is the flavor for you.
