don't buy a contour

The Bottom Line: Don't buy it. Too many repairs required.
Review: After owning both a 1996 and a 1998 Contour, I can say that I will never buy another Ford. Both cars needed new transmissions--the 1996 at 72,000 miles and the 1998 at 61,000 miles. Now the 1998 has a new problem--the check engine light comes on...
