great reliable car

Before I got this car at a police auction, I did not have a good opinion of ford cars. Because I have known them to break down often.
I could not help it, when I seen that car on the auction lot I had to have it. It is the first car I bought myself. I have had it for 4 years now, and nothing major has gone wrong or broke. the most recent thing to break was a plastic thing that is on the break pedal to trun to break lights off when the pedal is not being pressed. If this happens, cut a golf tee to fit. file the top down half way, and sip off as much as needed to slip it in the hole, when you push the break pedal down.

The front passenger window motor is slowing down ( not broke yet), but electric windows break in all cars.

I get great gas mileage. Two of my friends have bought an escort because they like my car so much.

to get the recalled airbag fixed, fisrt go online and enter vin # at fords website to see if has already been done. if it needs to be done, take car to any ford dealership.
