"Ain't No Fool Like a Gold Fool"

The Bottom Line: This movie is fun but is just barely above average.
Review: Okay, let's be honest right up front. Fool's Gold is mindless, empty entertainment. It is predictable. It isn't as funny as it tries to be. And yet I found it fun and endearing.

Review: Ah, in-flight movies. You're a captive audience, hanging out thousands of feet above the Earth's surface, and after you've run out of those books to read and small talk with your neighbors, there's little else to do than watch the stupid movie...

Review: If you are expecting a good adventure film or a film which will make you laugh, then don't go and watch this film. This one does not have both. The story was supposed to be a fun filled treasure hunt, but the bad plot made it a below average flick...

The Bottom Line: Good fun. Enjoyable watch, nothing that blows you away, but worthwhile.
Review: Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey show good chemistry in this romantic comedy/treasure hunt excursion. Any thinness of the script is made up by Kate's Goldie-like grin and there is plenty of screen time for McConaughey to show off his sculpted...
