Do NOT Buy this Monitor

I recently purchased this Baby Monitor from Fisher Price - because I needed a new monitor for our one month old. I liked the styling of the device and the price which I thought was very competitive from a name I could trust.

I brought the device home and plug the base and receiver in, set it to the appropriate channel and it did not work at all it just beeped to signal the base was not on or out of range. I returned the device to the store and got another one.

Fortunately this one seemed to work in that it found the base. Unfortunately, I could not hear anything going on in the room with the base. The static was over powering and even with the volume turned all the way up my baby's cry was barely audible.

I exchanged this for the Graco wireless baby monitor which is excellent.
