Overall a good product

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this glider in addition to a traditional swing or bouncy seat, and as long as you don't need to move it around very frequently.
Review: We bought this glider for our second son before he was born. Our first son had acid reflux and needed a place to sleep where he was on an incline. Luckily our second son didn't have the same condition but we decided to keep the glider anyway...

Better than a bouncy chair

The Bottom Line: I recommend this item and I think Fisher Price did a nice job at designing something different that works!
Review: When I had my first child I had a ton of different things to lay/set her in when I didn't want to hold her. None of them seemed to do the trick. Whenever I put her down, she would wake up and cry.

Maybe not worth the price tag?

The Bottom Line: It doesn't move from room to room easily and takes up a lot of space. You can get the same kind of motion (but with more variability) in a swing.

The Bottom Line: A must for anyone who can convince a grandparent or rich relative into buying one for you! Think of it as competing with swings, not bouncers.

Soothing Motions Glider ..... just too slow!

The Bottom Line: A very nice idea but will not work for all babies. Nice design and beautiful pattern. I would wait to see if new models are put out.

Tried to replace a swing

Review: I opted for the glider rather than a swing because I thought it would take up less room.  I like that it can rotate to face different directions.  It was fairly easy to put together.  Baby likes it fine if she's sleeping but doesn't really enjoy it...
