After a few weeks, it's all downhill

Pros: Cost. 2 Receivers.

Cons: Unbearably noisy.

Bought this based on price and positive reviews. The first few weeks it worked fine. After that the static became more apparent and now it constantly beeps... even when it's only a few yards away. Less static when not plugged in but I'm not paying for batteries over and over. Cannot recommend this unit.
