Overall, gets the job done

This shredder was purchased at my office for light use by approximately 10 people. Overall, I would rate this product fairly high as it does what it's intended to do, shred for 2-3 users.

When used for a prolonged amount of time, it has a tendency to get confused with the direction the blade is supposed to turn. Other than that, it's a great tool for discarding papers, CD's and even credit cards. It'll handle staples and even small paper clips without so much as a hiccup.

This model has a 10-page maximum, which is acceptable, but I find that 10 is really too much. I'm not comfortable feeding more than 5-6 pages at a time.

Another good point about this model is that it has an important built-in safety feature. Anytime the feeder is touched, it has a sensor and turns off. This function can be overridden with the flip of a switch, but is handy if you have clumsy people or children running about.
