runs for 5 minutes - dies.

I've seen it described as lightweight - DON"T try installing it by yourself. But I didn't expect it to be lightweight; I expected it to be powerful. I was disappointed. It couldn't cool my 24x36 shop even though the Fedders chart says a smaller 16,000 BTU Fedders can do it. Worse yet, on a hot day, the compressor quits after five minutes of running. Now I've got to get this VERY heavy unit out of the hole I cut high in the wall,take it back, and somehow get ANOTHER one up in the hole! Good thing I have tractor with a front end loader! I sure hope I can write a followup saying the replacement works as advertized!
