Very good fps

Far Cry is not your basic fps. It has a lot of differences that seperate it into a class by itself. The story starts as you, Jack Carver, is taking this journalist on an island. But half way to the island someone sinks the boat. So now you have to save the girl and uncover the secrets of the island. There are a lot of enemies you will be facing. They are not all human. For example you will face genetic mutants with super strength, and at one point a giant elephant. But dont worry there are plenty of weapons to help you beat the opposition. To name a few you have the rocket launcher, m4, p90, and the good old 9mm berreta. My personal favorite is the m4. It gives you a nice sense of power.
The best part of the game is the enemy A.I. It is so smart its scary. If they discover a dead body they sound the alarms and the hunt is on. They are very good at hunting for you. It is very hard to hide from them and they are a good shot. I cant stress enough about how smart these guys are. They are almost human. Here is one scenario from the game that happeneed to me. I was walking in the woods and I shot this soldier. Other units became aware and were hunting for me. I was evading them for a half hour. There were six of them. Then I gave myself away and a firefight ensued. I took out 3 of them rather fast. Then the other 3 ran away. I wondered why. I sat there looking if other soldiers were nearby. Then I heard gunshots behind me. I turned around and saw that the guys shooting at me were the three soldiers that ran away. Before I could react I was dead. This isnt the only example I have. But if you get this game get ready for tough competition.
The graphics are amazing and to experience the graphics I reccomend a graphics card that is no less that a radeon 9800xt(or pro 256mb edition) or a geforce fx 5950.
