Author's Review

I bought this card 18 months ago with a 1 year warranty. It died at 18 months. First sign was intermittent flashing of the screen. that quickly turned into the infamous NV4_DISP.dll infinite loop blue screen of death error. I unplugged the VGA port and switched to DVI in order to try and fix the problem. I tried all new drivers (NVIDIA and eVga...whats the deal with that anyway, how many companies do i have to go through to get support for a freakin product. eVga sold it, eVga should be my point of contact..anyway, i digress). After working for a day in a half, i came to the conclusion that the drivers were causing problems and the VGA port was completely dead! Bought a new Sapphire ATI x1650 and installed it. Everything works fine now. POS.
