Nice gate- Many Pro's than Con's!

I bought this gate when my now 8 year old daughter was born. It worked very well in areas that weren't high traffic (ie we bought swing gates for those areas).
Highlights
-It is very sturdy and super easy to install.
-It's very portable and easy to move if you need it moved.
-If it is in a 'high traffic' area, it's easy for an adult to step over- and it's sturdy enough the gate won't fall over.
-The fabric is easy to clean (if you even need too).
-Pressure mounted so no holes in the walls
My mom now uses this gate at her house as a gate for when we all come over with our kids to keep them out the hallway to the front door and stairs. It works great and fits nicely in her over-sized doorway. This gate has gotten a lot of use over the past 8 years and it still is holding up strong and as good as new! There are no rips in the fabric or holes in the mesh covering. The colors aren't faded. Over time thought the end rubber caps covering the edge of the metal have come off- so now if we aren't careful the edges will leave marks on the walls/wood. But remember, this is only after 8 years old heavy use!

I have found it's much more sturdier and durable than the cheaper wooden gates. This gate is more time-consuming to adjust if you're constantly switching doorways it goes in- but otherwise it's easy and great!

I wouldn't recommend this though for a high traffic area- unless you don't mind climbing over gates all the time!
