Let's hear it for Evenflo customer service!

I got the Celebration carrier in a very roundabout way: I had a carrier in 1999 that was recalled, and Evenflo sent me a replacement. By the time I tried out the replacement (almost 2 years later, as my son was too big for the carrier by the time the replacement came) with my daughter, I discovered that the replacement carrier's straps kept slipping through the buckles. Evenflo responded immediately by sending me the Celebration, free of charge.

What a GREAT carrier! The side-release buckle makes it extremely easy to put the baby in and take him/her out without having to do the "shake the baby into the carrier" dance! It's easy to release with one hand (with a little practice). Also, the sternum strap is fantastic and really adds to the adjustability of the carrier; my husband and I, with our different heights and body structures, have no trouble quickly adjusting the straps. The back support has a velcro tab in the middle that makes changing from a front-carrier to a backpack-carrier very simple and sturdy besides.

I have no complaints! (And, I was extremely impressed with Evenflo's response--I submitted my problem with the replacement carrier online and received a response within FIVE MINUTES; got the new carrier within a week and a half!)
