Pros:  It fits in a closet

Cons:  It doesn't dry clothes.

Author's Review

When I moved into a newly renovated apartment complex last year this was one of the features included. I tried two towels on it's first wash and it rattled out of the closet into my hallway where it got stuck in the door frame of my bathroom. Because the unit was full of water that never drained/dried I had to get help pushing the unit back into the closet. Ever since then, it's never worked properly - it never dried the towels. I tried the dry cycle 5 times and the towels were still damp. I found out later the rubber liner was torn and that's why it wouldn't dry. It's still hasn't been repaired to this day. "The parts take a while to order", apparently. In the meantime I've been washing my clothes in the machines in the basement of my building - at my expense on top of the rent I pay for the Washer-Dryer combo.
