This dryer is the worst!! Do not buy

I have had this dryer for about 2 years now and it has been operable for only about 4 months of that time. I have been using the laundromat.

I have tried on many occasions to have EuroTech repair the machine but they are incompetent as doing so. It constantly leaks water yes the dryer leaks water!!! It is the water that should be going down the drain or stored in the collection chamber instead this machine dumps it into the floor. In fact my floor is full of rust because the water runs down into the washer below which is rusting against my floor.

The customer service at EuroTech is worse than the quality of the machines. They could care less. They have refused to replace it despite numerous service visits and calls to even the headquarters in Richardson Texas. I seriously am tossing this thing after only 2 years of ownership and 4 months of use. This really is not fair but they refuse to step up to the plate and do anything about it.


In the four months that the machine did work it was noisy and the controls are not intuitive at all. For example when the light above the delicate button is lit up it does not mean that the delicate cycle is on? Only when the light is blinking is the delicate cycle on? You would think a simple light off means no delicate cycle light on means delicate cycle no such simple intuition with this machine.

The build quality is flimsy and really cheap and the machine is really ugly. For the first few months I was using the collection chamber to catch water and the light to tell me the chamber was full did not work. In a smart machine the light would work and the machine would not operate when the tank was full as it will flood the floor.

Go with another company and product for sure. I live in a condo development and my neighbors have the same machines (they were installed by the developer) and they two have had problems and many have replaced these units because they are so crappy.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this machine and the company at all cost.
