We have a busy kitchen with five different people using the toaster oven constantly. After many years of heavy usage, our General Electric finally gave out. In considering several models, we knew we needed something that was easier to clean and that would fit more in it when toasting or baking. When I first saw the EuroPro convection Toaster Oven, I loved the features and the look and the size. It has an easy slide out tray, two baking racks, a pizza stone, and a broiler pan. In researching in 2003, I read several bad reviews on the epinion site which almost discouraged me from purchasing it. We took the chance anyway and have been thrilled with the oven. Some of the negatives which people complained about we found were untrue. The fan for the convection oven is not too noisy. Your bake time is not limited by the 15 minute timer. You just use the stay on feature and set a different timer. Someone complained that it didn't toast quickly. Since the oven is larger, it is important to set the racks on a higher position if you want a quick toast. We love being able to use two levels. I have baked sheets of cookies, pies, french fries, chicken, etc. The multi-level feature is great. I highly recommend this unit if you need more space for cooking and baking.
