The worst I ever had

I bought this oven, after having one for 15 years, and after extensive research. At first it was ok but in a few months the poor quality of the product started showing. The knobs broke off, and then the top got discolored when I broiled something. My favorite is when the smell of wires burning developed after every use. My kids do lots of meals in the toaster oven and I could not risk a fire starting. I called the company and asked for a replacement. They finally agreed to give me a refurbished one but it took them 3 times to get me one that actually worked and now once again less than a year goes by and once again I am shopping for a toaster oven. It just stopped working one day. Absolutely horrible quality.
