Stopped working after one year

Oven completely stopped working after about a year. I have had basic Black and Decker toaster ovens that have worked for years (10+). It is very frustrating to have purchased a more expensive counter top oven just to have it completely shut down after little more than a year.
When it was working, it worked well as an oven, but not as a toaster. Not nearly as efficient for toasting as a regular toaster or a smaller toaster oven. Toasting takes longer and toasted items are very dry.
I would not recommend purchase of this oven.
