Exceeded expectations.

I bought this when I finally realized that I could never afford a Kitchenaid mixer. I wasn't expected much from this mixer but I must say it has surpassed any expectation I had.

One of the first things I made with my Euro-Pro stand mixer was make marshmallows. In making marshmallows you have to leave the stand mixer going for about 15 minutes. I was worried that the Euro-Pro would not be able to handle that so I watched over it and it had absolutely no problems.

I'm part of a baking group and not long ago we had to make brioche dough which is known to be hard on stand mixers. I heard reports from the other bakers about Kitchenaid mixers overheating during the mixing but the Euro-Pro powered right on through.

The only issue I have with the Euro-Pro is that the mixer doesn't reach the bottom of the bowl. If you press on the mixer a little, it will reach it. Or you can remove the mixer itself and turn it into a hand mixer which makes this machine even more amazing.

The Euro-Pro comes with the regular beaters, bread hooks, a stainless-steel mixing bowl with lid, a plastic mixing bowl, and a plastic scraper. I only expected the beaters and one mixing bowl so I consider this to be an amazing value.

This was one of the best kitchen investments I've made. I recommend it to everyone I know. I think this mixer is just as good, if not better, than the Kitchenaid mixers and so much more affordable.
