I like Etymotics in-ear earphones so much, and their Ety.com handsfree (but not bluetooth) ear/microphone, that when they made their Bluetooth set available, I bought it quickly.
Microphone quality and output sound quality is quite good. But sadly the level is rather low, so if you're in a low-noise environment, it's better to use it without the boom.
Earphone quality is good, but the in-the-ear nature is a bit dangerous because it's transmitting every tick and pop from the phone connection. Nasty when you get transferred.
Reception is very poor. Lean back in my chair, and it's very crackly. Walk 2-3 meters away, and it's unintelligible. 5m and the signal is dropped. This is after a full recharge.
By the way the recharger is very strange, but cute - it injects DC in where the microphone boom plugs in. I think it's mechanically weak. It's a round plug but you need to rotate it and match a tab that's all black (hard to see in the shadow), so it's easy to mistakenly fail to connect the charger.
Comes with a nice little carrying case.
