This carrier is best all-around

I have a 5 month old baby, and just bought this carrier a few weeks ago, and I love it. It's easy to get on/off and holds the baby a little further away from my chest than my wrap, so there is more ventilation and it's not as hot. Baby has more freedom to move his arms, and I like how I can do a back carry and get baby in and out easily. Baby can suck on the shoulder straps, which helps relax him. When I carry him, I can barely feel his weight. It's also unisex and easy for my husband to use.
When I do a back carry, the waist strap does dig into my belly uncomfortably, although I may just have to wear it lower on my hips. I also noticed that when walking fast (like for exercise), it hurts my lower back to do a front carry (possibly because the baby isn't pressed against my chest like with a wrap, and he sits a little lower). But I have worn this while standing around at a festival all day without my back hurting or getting tired.
It's also a little large... not as easy to just stick in the diaper bag when I'm heading out the door, and not as great for airplane travel as my wrap. But it's my go-to carrier when I know I'll be out and about all day with the baby.
