Got this for free after rebates - what a disappointment! 3rd Epson in 7 years, others had little or no problems. AFter 2 months of very low use, it fails! Epson is sending me a replacement, but the inconvenience and time spent on the problem not worth it! Also, set up was disastrous (w/ both XP & Vista - not just a Vista quirk!) - driver issues that took forever to resolve. Additionally, don't email Epson for support - slow!!!, just call them.

BTW - you can buy aftermarket ink cartridges and they work just fine.
