Resolution Issues with Envision G22LWk

Pros:  Box makes nice foot rest.

Cons:  Unable to set resolution and screen text is blurry.

We purchased this right before CompUSA announced their closure. We have spend hours trying to set the resolution on our existing HP Pavilion. The screen and text are blurry and small and our pc doesn’t have 1680x1050 as an option. We have a very good Nvidia Graphics Card.

Can't reach tech support from Envision (either by phone or their website). They actually have a message that comes on and says technicians are busy and unable to take my call. They don’t even allow you to hold. I've searched online and this appears to be a known issue.

Wish I'd done more research before I purchased it!

Also, haven't received rebate yet -- unable to return to CompUSA. We boxed it back up and not sure what we are going to do with it.

Do not buy this product!!!
