Enter the Matrix: and exit at your earliest convenience.

Date of Review:  Jun 18, 2003
The Bottom Line: Basically a good game but severely handicapped by its controls. Try the cheat codes to get some satisfaction.
Review: So, seeing the 2nd installment of the Matrix triology and still being fascinated with the underlying 'message' and the right-in-your-face cool effects? Makes you want more, right? I have the perfect solution: Go and buy the associated computer...

The Matrix Doesn't Have Me.

Date of Review:  Jun 4, 2003
The Bottom Line: Extreme fanboys will love the martial arts action and in-the-movie feel, but the game's downside is deeper than any rabbit hole.
Review: Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is...

Let me start by saying that, aesthetically, the game is a faithful adaptation of the Matrix universe, right down to the dark, green-tinted buildings, and the agents appearing out of...

Like a Purple Pill...

Date of Review:  Jan 8, 2004
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't pay more than US$30, and I'd make darn sure I met the processor, memory, and video requirements.
Review: There's good and bad to Enter the Matrix, and I think a lot of it boils down to two things:

1) Your luck
2) Your expectations

The reason you're not seeing only rave reviews of this game has to do with technical problems,...

Great movies don't always translate into great games

Date of Review:  Sep 13, 2003
The Bottom Line: The concept is innovative, but ultimately the finished product isn't.
Review: Most videogame titles based on a popular movie or TV show end up as bargain basement clunkers as corporate muckety-mucks are just in it for a fast buck and could care less about creating a quality title. Notable recent examples include Survivor and...

All I can do is offer the truth....take the red pill

Date of Review:  Aug 4, 2003
The Bottom Line: Enter the Matrix is the closest thing you can get to interacting with this world, without being in the movie.
Review: Unfortunately no one can be told what the matrix is, you have to find out for yourself.

No more true does this statement apply than to the game. You can read all the negative "this is crap" reviews and all the "absolutely amazing" reviews...

Date of Review:  Aug 19, 2003
The Bottom Line: SEE THE MOVIES? That explains it. A MUST HAVE! BEST GAMING EXPERIENCE EVER! **!READ ON!**
Review: Did you love the Matrix? Did you love the Matrix Reloaded? Did you Love the Animatrix? If you answered "yes" or "Oh MY GOD! Are you Kidding? Who Didn't?" Then this Game is the only one for you. The Game was written to almost seamlessly integrate...

Who the hell is Ghost anyhow?

Date of Review:  Feb 24, 2005
Review: I've heard a lot of people go back and forth with this game and so I finally picked it up myself. In contrast to a lot the negative opinions, I think the games pretty fun. Right away you get to kick the junk out of security guards and use...

Review: The game is not bad all and all it just needs some work a couple of patches. It lacks in gun control and it has very plain enviraments where you cant seem to get much fun from it, but the hacking part is a nice touch and you get to see clips from...
