Good product, but player quit!

We bought the model CKD9908 last September (03). The clock was for our daughter and was played just about every evening in sleep mode. Everything worked great until a couple weeks ago when suddenly the player stopped working.

When a new CD is put in, it spins up 3-4 times while it's obvious the machine is trying to find a CD. Then the word "no" appears in the LCD.

The player is good other than it suddenly quit working. I won't be purchasing another Emerson clock. Picked up a Magnavox to see how it will work.
