Disappointing

The first one I got: only one alarm worked at time, pretty pointless to have two alarms. Then, it wouldn't stay powered on-I am not sure if the power went off and then back on or not but I would look over to see the time and it was suddenly flashing 12:00. I reset the time the first time it happened and once again, it was flashing 12:00 the next day when I got home from work. This also has the function to set the alarm to wake you up with a buzzer, the radio or the cd - the buzzer on alarm 1 was the one and only setting that actually worked.

Then, I call to get a replacement, the second one I have now: same thing, only one alarm works at a time. What the heck? So far the power has stayed on continuously and the different settings work for the alarm. But still, I can't set 2 different times for alarms. Well, I can set them but only the earliest time actually goes off.
