elle is a holiday belle

For the general public, whose focus is
not in the world of pro fashion/beauty, a good
fashion 'zine is a bridge of a sort. Elle presents information elegantly, communicates well with little hard sell, and refreshes us with new ideas for keeping personal image "topstuff" in our worlds. Elle relates to the third millennium lady with nicely-delivered, accurate, up-to-date information on health, fitness, finance, and the spirit. I like Elle's awareness of the importance of the whole person approach to the image each of us projects.

I am a visual artist working on her own gallery, and I like Elle's art, and smile at the name, coincidentally mine. I prefer the online site, since I seldom accept home delivery of magazines of any kind, but normally make a monthly library pilgrimage
to study and make copies from favorites, since
my magazine research needs are pretty broad.
Elle, of course, is a favorite find.

Women work very hard,
dealing with complexities of existence inconceivable to our Mothers, but Most of us still like to be our best, in action and appearance.I like Elle's definition of "best".
I like very much how Elle handles today"s extremes, the diversity of approaches in feminine style.

In other words, neat deal. Buy it.
