Electrolux Microwave Nightmare

Pros:

The Electrolux microwave is a nice looking appliance.

Cons:

Excessive heating.
Vent is located on the top.
Very loud fan.

The bottom of our Electrolux microwave gets extremely hot when cooking or heating, causing the fan to kick in and run for 15-20 minutes. This is very annoying since we eat in our kitchen. The noise is very loud and distruptive during meals. The fan has 2 speeds: high and low. Our low speed broke after 5 months. Finally, the vent is on top of the microwave. This is a very poor design for an under cabinet microwave. When the microwave is in use, moisture is emitted through the top vent causing condensation to build up on our cabinets.
I would not recommend this microwave for the above reasons. In addition, I have written to Electrolux three times and they have not responded which is poor customer service in my opinion. (We also have problems with our Electrolux range!)
