Pros: It's nice looking
Cons: Battery dies after 10 minutes of use. It just doesn't hold a charge.
The Bottom Line: My recommendation is "DO NOT BUY IT". It's too expensive for less than 15 minutes of vacumming. There are better products out there.

Review: I just moved into a 2 story home in which the bottom floor is all tile and wood floors and the upstairs is all carpet. I have a Dyson, which I love, but want to keep upstairs for the carpet. I wanted a not so heavy vacuum to use daily downstairs. I...

Pros: Lightweight and cordless vacuum, the motorized brush does most of the work.
Cons: In horizontal position, bulging motor prevents cleaning floors.
Hose cracks. Poor battery life. Low succion. This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I bought this vacuum for $80 in Canada. I like its mechanical features and outside design. I have been using it about every 4 days. After 1 year I noticed the flexible vinyl hose attached to the motorized head developed numerous cracks which lowered...

Pros: Design and weight are awesome.
Cons: Performance is poor at best.

Review: I cannot understand for the life of me how this Pronto got such high marks. Both my son an I purchased one and were hugely disappointed. The suction power was minimal and it didn't pick up much of anything. The slip out handheld vacuum performed...

Pros: Attractive design and finish.
Cons: Flimsy battery-driven brush lacks any cleaning ability.

Review: Perhaps Electrolux was so focused on the aesthetics of this "vacuum" that they forgot to install the vacuum - I regret this purchase every time I try to shove this pathetic whirring toy over my carpet. The area rug in my dorm room can't be more than...

Pros: Brushes work well on hard surfaces
Cons: Not so good on carpet

Review: This is a nice vacuum if all you are going to do is vacuum hardwoods or similar floors. Take it onto carpet and you are in for a long haul. Look elsewhere if you need a stick vacuum for carpet. Additionally dumping the trash and cleaning the filter...

Pros: Swivel head with wide surface coverage
Cons: Brush that stops and is cumbersome to remove
The Bottom Line: If you want dependable, don't buy. It's too risky.

Review: I have my SECOND pronto hanging in the broom closet merrily charging away. That is about all it is capable of. Nobody has mentioned the convenient little whirling brush that pushes debris to be sucked up. The first one operated for about three...

Pros: Really cool looking. Nice solid exterior. Nice concept. Glides smoothly.
Cons: Less powerful than a Dustbuster! Dumps dirt back on floor! Waaaaaaaaay too expensive!
The Bottom Line: Don't waste your time -- stick with a cheaper, and corded (therefore more powerful) stick vacuum. SOOOOOOO disappointed!!!

Review: First you must know something: my house is the place where appliances come to die. Maybe we just curse them or something.
I cannot remember how many various vacuum cleaners I've purchased over the years: Kirby, Oreck (two of 'em), Hoover,... |

Pros: Excellent on hard floors! Great on carpeted stairs! Decent for light carpet work. No cord!
Cons: A tad expensive.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who has stairs or lots of hard floors. It's both extremely easy and fun to use.
