Electrolux EL1000A2 Pronto Bagless Stick Cyclonic Vacuum

I bought this vacuum for $80 in Canada. I like its mechanical features and outside design. I have been using it about every 4 days.  After 1 year I noticed the flexible vinyl hose attached to the motorized head developed numerous cracks which lowered the already meager succion power. I fixed this problem myself. Then, within 1 year and a half of use the fully charged (4 days of charging) battery no longer allowed cleaning all the floors as it did before. I am stuck with this almost useless vacuum. I regret having bought this Electrolux vacuum and will buy a corded stick vacuum to replace it. This is my first and last purchase of  an Electrolux product.
