So glad we tried it!
Pros:
Power, ease of use, gets the dirt (and cat litter) up
Cons:
On the expensive side
The Bottom Line:
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality stick vacuum that does what it's supposed to.

Author's Review
I have tried all of the cordless, rechargeable stick vacuums out there (Eureka, Shark, Dirt Devil, etc.) and had to keep returning them--until the Pronto. The problem they all have is they do not hold cat litter. They suck it up, but as soon as you turn off the vacuum, it falls out the bottom. I read the reviews on the Pronto, and although a lot of people said it didn't work on carpet, I tried it anyway. Our litter boxes are in a room with Berber carpeting, and I think it does a great job. I also have low pile carpet, high pile carpet and some tile and Pergo floors. It is great on all of them. The dirt stays where it is supposed to--inside the vacuum. The Pronto also has a handy detachable dust buster built into the unit. The Pronto is by far the best stick vacuum I have ever had (although not the cheapest). The head swivels so it reaches hard to get areas, and the charge is more than adequate to vacuum my entire 1800 square foot house every day. It helps me stay on top of the dirt created by three cats, a 14-month old son and a husband who clumps through the house in his work boots on a daily basis. Keep in mind that this does not replace your main vacuum (mine is the awesome Hoover Wind Tunnel), but it is perfect for little jobs, daily maintenance and in-between those big vacuuming jobs. (Who wants to haul out their big vacuum every day?)
