Don't let other reviews scare you.....

I purchased this travel system at babies r us in the mercer print because I loved the pattern. Shortly afterward I looked at some of these reviews on epinions and on amazon and was scared to death that I had made a huge mistake. The previous reviews about the car seat being unsafe made me very nervous, HOWEVER, I did some research on my own and found out that a little bit of resourcefulness goes a long way.

You can visit www.seatcheck.org to find a certified passenger safety technician in your area. Not all police and fire departments have one of these specialists available. I made an appointment and went yesterday - the technician went over every safety feature and helped me to install my car seat which by the way is very stable, does not move around, does not flip to the side, and does not have any problems like others suggest. After spending 45 minutes with me the technician took out the car seat and made me install the seat myself so that I knew exactly what to do. The technician indicated to me that he helps install hundreds of car seats every year and only a handful of people actually have them installed properly. I admit, before going to my appointment I tried to install the seat myself and it wobbled around a little too much for my liking....THAT'S BECAUSE I WAS INSTALLING IT WRONG!
