Overpriced toy.

I bought this gadget for our European guest with hope that it will be helpful for him to communicate while in USA.
I'm bilingual ,but unable to stay with our guest 24/7 to
provide constant translation.
The translator came promptly and looked good.
A bit too big to carry around , but what the heck - as long as it does it's job.
The problem is - it doesn't. The computerized voice is barely understandable, the human voice is OK but the translation is still all wrong.
Simple questions are translated into phrases that don't make any sense . The dictionary works better - but for the money you better off buying just that - for a fraction of the cost.
I'm returning it - and have to pay restocking charges of which they forgot to tell me when I was ordering.
