Not the best camera

Date of Review: Sep 20, 2007

I bought the camera 1 year ago at circuitcity for $200. It took great pictures for awhile when I used it for school projects and my online auctions.
After using the camera for a month the zoom malfunctioned when I accidently put my hand on front of the lens which comes out after camera is turned on. The zoom mechanism kept moving back and forth making it difficult to take close up pictures. After the first problem the camera suddenly wouldn't turn on. I tried to get support over the phone but it was difficult. Without the warranty it will cost a whopping $150 at kodak, no way for me. The 1 year extended warranty after registering at Kodak turned out to be a 1 month warranty. I give this camera 4 out of 10.
