This camera takes very good pictures, the real surprise was the video quality. I don't need to bring my 8mm camcorder with me anymore. This camera has taken video clips that come out better than the ones with my camcorder, with the right conditions i.e.lighting. The video in low light is very grainy and dark, but thats why camcorders come with additional lighting.
Kodak included 256 meg of internal memory, that will hold about 150 quality pictures. I added a 1 gig SD card and that can hold about 28 min of video or 800 pictures.
I like having a rotating LCD screen. There are times when you can't stand directly behind a camera or if you are also in the picture and being able to turn the screen allows you to still take a very good photo. This also helps when you are taking self timer picture. You can see the subject on the screen along with the time counting down.

I think this is why the start-up time is longer than most other digital cameras. Once the camera is ready there is little lag time between photos.
Because there is no view finder and the LCD screen is so large the battery life is short. It lasts for about 120 pictures, less if you are also taking videos and if you are reviewing the pictures and videos. This is why Kodak includes 2 batteries with is camera. I always keep the second fully charged battery with me. Its so small you hardly know that you have it with you.
It has a bright 3-inch LCD screen, 256MB of onboard memory, and a 4-megapixel CCD sensor, but the Kodak EasyShare One's most compelling feature may be...
