Pros: Very Good Graphics.

Cons: Watching staff move from room to room not necessary

Review: In my opinion it's a great game spoiled by the continuous infernal waiting for doctors/patients or staff to move from one place to another. It's not my computer because I have Pentium 4 3gig setup. The tutorial is great. You need a super memory though ...
