The Bottom Line: A solid racing game worthy of a purchase or rental, eventually gets redundant, but not without a providing a few days of solid entertainment.
Review: As far as racing games go, Need for Speed: Underground 2 (NfSU2) is the absolute king of street racers. It does not matter that this game does not promote realistic driving like the Gran Turismo series, it never was meant to. NfSU2 is all about fun...

NFS Underground 2 - Hey, Remember Gran Turismo?

The Bottom Line: Solid racing simulation with a deep storyline career mode equal to Grand Theft Auto. Like many other Need For Speed games, Underground 2 also becomes redundant after awhile.
Review: Need For Speed: Underground 2 (Windows) is a weird combination of many previous games in the same genre including; Gran Turismo, Midnight Club, Test Drive and a slight hint of Grand Theft Auto. NFS Underground 2 is in some ways just another average...

Need For Speed Underground 2: Ready. Set. Go!

The Bottom Line: One of the best PC racing games. The second edition fixes a few weaknesses of NFSU and does very well.
Review: Last year EAGames updated their Need For Speed series with the popular Underground theme and pretty much jumped straight to position of the best racing game in 2003.

Review: I've never been that much into racing games, but I think Need For Speed Underground 2 is awesome. It combines the best elements of the Gran Turismo and Midnight Club series of PlayStation 2 games into what is sort of like a role playing racing game...
