Sennheiser EH-150 Consumer Headphones

Sennheiser is the king of audiophile headphones, most of the time. Unfortunately, that time does not appear with the EH150, a good looking and comfortable headphone with poor sound quality. The problem is that they are very, very warm, to the point where the already hilly bass is overwhelming. The mids are decent, but seem to float into the blotty bass. These also seem to lack in treble, and sound too unclear to spend $60. As a matter of fact, the Koss UR21 and HD202s sound slightly better and are a third of the cost of the EH150. Although these headphones are comfortable and look cool, they sound pretty fair and are no where near worth the asking price.
