Best Cleaning Experience of My Life

The Bottom Line: This machine, while a little expensive, gave us the BEST cleaning experience of our life. Exceptional suction, easy to use, works well in corners.
The Dyson DC21 Canister is absolutely the best carpet sweeping experience I've every had.
My wife and I felt our old Kenmore canister was pretty good,but this new Dyson canister shows how little we know.
The bagless collection bin was completely full after just one use and in only the living room of our house (and we thought our house was clean).
Now, while emptying the bin after every room could turn out to be a pain, it also makes us feel secure knowing that all those little dust particles and dog hairs that went were not picked up for up all these years, are finally being collected and disposed of.
I've even noticed less sneezing after rolling around on the carpet with my kids.
In addition, you can tell a lot of thought on storing the vacuum was taken into consideration as the wrap around hose and attachment storage portals work very well. It also fits neatly in the hall closet for easy access when needed.
On the negative side though, I must add I can see the plastic attachment hook getting snapped off during a mishap somewhere down the road (maybe 3 to 5 years).
But the only real complaint is that the power cord is too short. Our other vacuum's cord would stretch into most rooms from one central location. With the Dyson, you need to pretty much plug and unplug every time you change rooms.
But again, keeping the cleaning power of this machine in mind, that is one very minor drawback.
The Dyson canister was not available in stores in our area, so we had to buy it on-line. We can recommend Mr Vac and Mrs Sew as the purchase point for this unit. Good service and quick response.
It's a little pricey, but well worth it.
