Holy Cow!!!

The Bottom Line: Do not buy it... door fell off and never been in an accident, transmission serviced due to noise, water pump replaced,... under warranty (the only bright spot)
Gee... How many things can go wrong with a NEW van? Let's see... let me try to remember ALL of the things we have taken this van into the dealer for since we bought it NEW!!!
1. Rattling heat shield (boy I wish it was that simple)
2. Electrical failure! Gauges shut down, power doors and windows shut down, no lights, its like the key fob was inoperable and more than that... the van would crank but thats it.
3. Passenger sliding door CAME OFF the hinge!!! YES, you read it right. We parked at church and my six year opened the door and OOPS! It came off the hinges! Luckily she was not injured. I mean D__N I know she is strong but HOLY COW!!! I had to man-handle the door back on the van and drive it to the dealership... NO ONE could believe it.
*** THIS VAN HAS NEVER BEEN IN ANY TYPE OF ACCIDENT - IT HAS BEEN CARED FOR VERY WELL ***
4. Gauges shut down again and we drove home from a trip while the odometer (and every other guage) did not function.
5. Water pump replaced (ONLY 25,000 MILES)
6. You knew this was coming... YEP, transmission serviced (less than 11,000 Miles) due to loud knock in between shift points.
7. This van is a Caravan "SXT" with power door and DVD (the only part that has worked right - probably built by Sony or some Japanese company).
8. DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE... GET ANYTHING BUT A DODGE CARAVAN!!!
