2001 Dodge Neon

This is the the second Neon I have purchased. First was a 98 with an auto transmission. This time, I went with the 5 speed in hopes of better performance. The design has matured for the car, unfortunately, the engine/transmissions have not. It still lacks performance, especially when A/C is used. Economy has not been what is expected either, I have not been able to achieve more than 28 MPG on highway driving.

I have taken on a few road trips, the overall comfort is pretty good. I am a 6', 260lb man and fit in their pretty comfortable with lots of room to spare. Controls are ease to access and convenient. Overall field of vision out the windows is good. Would make a good starter car for someone, but I think after this, I am going back to my Chevrolet's. Never had a disappointment there.
